VTX 1000 is very easy and simple to use. Having various sound controls, diagnostic controls, admin controls for the hardware. But make sure that when you use with your existing EPABX system, whether it gets incoming ring tone or not. Because I'm facing proble with the same. It works fine with direct land line number, but when the line comes from EPABX I don't get incoming ring tone. May be some incoming ring voltage mismatch with VTX 1000 and my EPABX.
But over all it is very good product to buy and use.
