I absolutely love my GN Netcom 9120 Flex Boom Headset. I work with other call takers who are less than five feet away from me and customers have told me that could not hear a word that my colleagues were saying. The noise canceling function of the headset truly does work. Oh – and be sure to add the lifter to any GN Netcom 9120! It truly does increase efficiency and productivity. It allows me to roam around the office and accomplish other tasks without being tied down to my desk. I never miss a call because I can hear my line ring inside my headset and with the touch of a button I’m online with the customer. A great addtion to any office type setting.
