Comfortable and, although the headset wires can crowd your desk top if you move around, I found it easier to wear most of the day. Have it in my office and liked it well enough to purchase one for home use. The DOWNSIDE is determining compatibility with your existing home phone. Unfortunately, the Plantronics web site's compatibility checker does not function as it should, so you may have to phone Plantronics support to get an answer or just buy a phone a return it if it's not compatible.
