This device can be used with or without the over-the-ear attachment so it is very secure no matter if the user is deskbound or moving around. The unit is very light, I can use it without the over-the ear attachment and it fits in my ear well and feels secure even when walking around. It's too light to have gravity pulling it out of your ear. The fit is comfortabe and reception is crystal clear. I've also asked people I've called about the clarity of my voice and they have said that it was excellent. But if you are running and jumping then put on the over-the-ear attachment for peace of mind.
Also, all these devices need charging and the user has the option of using the pocket battery charger or to charge with their phone's charger (it comes with adapters for Motorola, Nokia, Siemens phone chargers). If you don't want to carry around the pocket charger, don't. The pocket charger is just an option other bluetooth headsets don't offer.
I found the setup to be simple. The instructions aren't the best but they are clear enough to get the job done. All in all, I'm more that satisfied with this product. The small size and light weight are a huge improvement over my former bluetooth headset.
