This is the Zoomswtich Wireless Headset Training Adapter.  This adapter allow you to hook up two (2) wireless headsets.  You listen and monitor a call (for training purpose) and can take over a call by simply pressing a button on this adapter.  It's compatible with all wireless headsets such as Plantronics CS50, Plantronics CS55, Plantronics CS70 systems

It's also compatible with others headsets such as Plantronics M22, S12, S11, T10, T20

Adapter Setting:

Select default setting 2 when plugging the adapter between an amplifier and telephone handset. (i.e. Plantronics CS55, CS70, and Plantronics Polaris headsets)

Select setting 1 when plugging the adapter between a headset and an amplifier (only one amplifer).
(i.e. Plantronics S12, Plantronics S11, or Plantronics M22/M12)

Setup Instructions:

1)  Plug the first headset into jack A, Plug the 2nd one into jack B.  Either headset can be muted with the mute button.
