I have tried probably 10 different BT...I usually change at least one per year...and by far I find this bluetooth excellent in sound quality. The Noise reduction is the best I have heard yet.I wear my BT all day..I am on the phone allot...I like the thin hook but the ear piece can get uncomfortable with the "horn like" stub that goes into the ear. If the design could allow for a less intrusive ear piece it would be perfect!! Well worth my $.
