The LKA10 was a very capable product that should have continued. It’s a shame that Plantronic doesn’t support or upgrade this product. Was it because it was a well design and solid item? Is it because this item didn’t have the cheap, poorly designed revering door syndrome; use maybe 2-3 years and buy a new one? Good for sales, bad for users!!!!!!!!
