A quick disconnect headset ends in a plug partway down the cable, not in anything that fits your phone. The bottom cord below that plug is what reaches the desk phone or the USB port, and the phone already on your desk decides which cord that is. Four connectors on this page are all called QD, and each one takes its own cord.
