Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

Most items may be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase if in new, unused condition, including all packaging and materials.

Non-returnable items:

  • Special order items
  • Headset parts (batteries, ear cushions, adapters, etc.)

These are final sale.

2. How to Return

Request an RMA# (Return Authorization) by email before sending your item. Include your name, order number, item, and reason for return.

3. Return Shipping

  • Write the RMA# clearly on the outer box (not on product packaging)
  • Customer pays all return shipping costs
  • Use a traceable service (UPS, FedEx)
  • HeadsetPlus.com is not liable for lost return shipments

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 10–20 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns missing components may be rejected or restocked at a fee.

5. Cancellations

To cancel an order, call or email immediately. If the item has shipped, an RMA# is required. Do not refuse delivery. A $25 carrier fee will apply for refused packages.

6. Warranty Claims

After 30 days, contact the product manufacturer for warranty service.
