Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx from various U.S. warehouse locations.

2. Service Regions

We ship to:

  • United States (including APO/FPO)
  • Canada and Puerto Rico
  • Worldwide (customs fees apply)

3. Processing Time

Orders placed by 5PM EST / 2PM PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after hours or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

4. Shipping Options

  • UPS Ground (3–7 business days)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • UPS Standard to Canada

Shipping is calculated based on weight + insurance. Tracking information is provided within 24–36 hours via email.

5. Order Statuses

  • PENDING: Order received (not yet processed)
  • PROCESSING: Packed and awaiting shipment
  • SHIPPED: In transit with tracking
  • BACK ORDERED: Temporarily unavailable items on hold

6. International Shipping

Customers are responsible for customs, duties, and local import fees. Contact your local customs office for estimates.

7. Refused Deliveries

Do not refuse packages. Carrier will charge a $25 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
