Zoomswitch Wireless Headset Training Adapter (no return)

This is the Zoomswtich Wireless Headset Training Adapter. This adapter allow you to hook up two (2) wireless headsets. You listen and monitor a call (for training purpose) and can take over a call by simply pressing a button on this adapter. It's compatible with all wireless headsets such as Plantronics CS540, Plantronics CS510,  Plantronics CS520, Plantronics CS530 systems

It's also compatible with others headsets such as Plantronics M22, S12, S11, T10, T20

Adapter Setting:

Select default setting 2 when plugging the adapter between an amplifier and telephone handset. (i.e. Plantronics CS540, CS510, CS520, CS530 and Plantronics Polaris headsets)

Select setting 1 when plugging the adapter between a headset and an amplifier (only one amplifer). i.e.Plantronics M22

Setup Instructions:

1) Plug the first headset into jack A, Plug the 2nd one into jack B. Either headset can be muted with the mute button.

Note: This Zoomswitch training adapter is not EHS compatible.  The telephone interface cable takes the place of any EHS in the base of the wireless headset. You can use the Plantronics HL10 lifter and attach it to your desk phone and that would allow the remote answer,
