Plantronics HL10 Extension Arm, Ring Detector kit (Part #71483-01)

If you have a phone with a curved side (i.e. Nortel M39xx, i2004), you will need this external Extended accessory Assembly in order to utilize the Plantronics HL10 handset lifter properly. This part will act as part of the cradle to support the handset allowing for reliable operation of the lifter.

It also comes with a ring detector for phones where the speaker is not directly under the handset. Replaces the kit that comes with the Plantronics HL10 Handset Lifter

This kit includes:

• Extender arm with adjusting sliders
• Hookswitch extender
• Ring detector
• handset stopper

Note: Nortel phone models  M7100-M7900, M3901, M3902, M3903, M3904, M3905, i2004, 3Com and others require this optional for proper Lifter operation. Nortel T7208 and T7316 DO NOT require this part.

Note: This is not exclusive to the Nortel phone and may also help on other phone models whose design creates a similar compatibility issue.
