This is the Plantronics CS530 (CO53, C053) spare (or replacement) headset (87235-01, WH210). This is the replacement headset If you lost or broke your Plantronics CS530 wireless headset or if your CS530 headset battery is dead.  The battery in the Plantronics CS530 earpiece is not user-replaceable and Plantronics does not sell the CS530 battery as a separate part.  You will also need this CS530 replacement headset if you are in a multi-shift environment where you have multiple users using the same telephone.

Note: This headset will not work on its own.  Only order this item if you already have the complete Plantronics CS530 system.

Multi-shift environment: Multiple users can purchase this additional Plantronics CS530 headset and use the Re-Subscribe (Multi-Pair) feature on the same base unit. You can only use one headset at a time. While one headset is being used, another headset can be on the base/charger.

How to pair/subscribe the new CS530 spare headset to the base:

Simply put your headset back in the CS530 (CO53, C053) base. The power/subscription light (white light on the base) flashes during the subscription/pairing process and turns solid when the headset pairs successfully.

important: Only the last paired headset will work, so you will have to repeat this process whenever you need to use a new CS530 headset with the same system.
