Jabra Headsets
Which Jabra Headset Fits How You Work
If your calls run through a laptop, start with the Jabra Evolve2 65: it connects to your computer through its own USB dongle and pairs with your phone too. If you answer a desk phone, you want an Engage wireless headset or a corded Biz instead.
The Engage 65 SE and Engage 75 SE connect to a desk phone and a computer at the same time, so one headset covers both.

Comparing Jabra Headset Lines
Jabra splits its range by what the headset plugs into, so start with that and the choice gets short.

Jabra Headsets for Laptop and Phone Calls
For calls on a computer and phone, look at Jabra's Bluetooth Evolve headsets. The Evolve2 65 is the all-rounder, the Evolve2 75 and 85 add active noise canceling for louder rooms, and the Evolve3 75 and 85 drop the boom arm for a headphone look.
Jabra Engage for Desk Phones
Engage headsets use DECT wireless and a base that sits on your desk. The Engage 45 SE is the entry model. The Engage 65 SE connects to your computer and your desk phone at once, and the Engage 75 SE adds Bluetooth and a touchscreen base and handles up to five devices. The Engage 55 SE skips the base: its Link 400 dongle gives you up to 150 meters (490 feet) of range straight from a laptop.
Buying a spare for an older system? The Engage 65 and 75 replacement headsets fit first-generation Engage bases only, not the SE bases.
Jabra Wired Headsets
For a computer, the Evolve 20 is the entry model and the Evolve 30 II adds a 3.5mm plug for your phone or tablet. The Evolve2 30 SE and Evolve2 40 SE are the current office models, and the Engage 40 and Engage 50 II are built for contact centers, with the Engage 50 II adding Engage+ call analytics.
For a desk phone, the Biz 1500, Biz 2300 and Biz 2400 II connect through a quick disconnect cord matched to your phone model. The GN2124 wears four ways on one headset, which suits a floor where everyone wants a different fit.

Frequently Asked Questions
GN Netcom and Jabra are the same headset business. In 2016 GN Netcom A/S changed its name to GN Audio A/S and began selling only under the Jabra brand, which is why older Jabra headsets and parts still carry the GN name.
Jabra Direct is Jabra's free desktop app for Windows and Mac. It installs firmware updates on Jabra headsets, adjusts settings such as sidetone and ringtone, and adds call control for supported softphones.
