How to setup Plantronics Savi Office (WO100,WO200, WO300,WO350) Headsets for a multi-user conference call

Plantronics Savi Office headset enables you to “conference in” up to three (3) additional headsets to the same base during a call. These are called “guest” headsets. This feature allows guest headsets to participate in the same call.

Guest headsets do not have any call control function, as they can only be added into the conference call after the master headset picks up the live call.  Each Savi guest headset has the ability to increase/decrease its receive volume or mute its own microphone. The guest headsets lose their connection to the base when the master headset is disconnected.

Adding a Guest Headset:

You can add a guest headset while the master headset is on a call.

Place the guest headset into the charge cradle of the master headset if it is the same style, or place the guest headset into over-the-air subscription mode by pressing the headset volume up button for three seconds until the indicator light becomes solid green.

Short press (less than one second) the subscription button on the base. The subscription light flashes yellow and green.

The subscription light turns solid yellow and a tone plays in the master headset indicating that a guest wishes to join the call.

Press the call control button on the master headset within five seconds to add the guest to the call. If you do not press the call control button within five seconds, Savi rejects the request to join the call and plays an error tone in the the guest headset.

Ending a call from Guest Headset:

Guests should press the call control button on their headsets to leave the call. A single tone plays in the master headset as each guest leaves the call.

Number of Guest Headsets Subscribed to the Base:

The headset icon in the lower left corner of the Plantronics PURE software screen informs you of the number of guest headsets paired to the base. The first headset is the master headset and the number inside the next headset is the number of guest headsets currently paired to the base.
