These are pre-packaged Headsets for the Avaya 1120e, 1140e, 1150e, 1165e (also known as Nortel 1120e, 1140e, 1150e, 1165e) and 1210, 1220, 1230 IP phones
Plantronics Corded Headsets: Select any one of the headset from the Plantronics Polaris Headsets page (Plantronics Polaris Headsets already pre-packaged with the A10 cord)
GN Netcom Corded Headsets: Choose any model from the Jabra/GN Netcom Direct Connect Headsets page. (These headsets include the GN1200 smart cable (setting 1) for these Avaya 11xx Phones)
Wireless Headsets: Both Plantronics and Jabra/GN Netcom wireless headsets are compatible with these Avaya phones. For remote answering you will need an electronic hook switch (EHS). To determine which hook switch cable, see cross reference table below:
