Important: For Toshiba DKT 3001, 3010S, 3020S, 3020SD, 3014SDL you MUST already have Toshiba BHEU adapter from Toshiba (not available from us), otherwise, it won't work.

Plantronics Corded Headsets: Select any headset from the Plantronics Polaris Headsets page. They're packaged with the necessary "Plantronics A10" cable.

GN Netcom Corded Headsets: Choose any model from the Jabra/GN Netcom Headsets page. Then you will need the special GN1210 (88001-96) cable for your Toshiba phones.

Wireless Headsets: Both Plantronics and Jabra wireless headsets are compatible with these Toshiba phones. For Toshiba IPT2008-SDL, IPT2010-SD, IPT2020-SD, DP5008, DP5018-S, DP5022, DP5022-SD, DP5023-SD, DP5018-S,DP5032, DSP-5118-DP, DP5122-SD, DP5130, DP5132-SD you can use the Plantronics RD-1 cable as hookswitch (EHS). For other models, you need a Plantronics HL10 Lifter (or GN 1000 lifter for Jabra/GN Wireless Headsets).

For other Toshiba phone models not listed here: you will need an amplifier: select any Plantronics H-Series Headset with a Plantronics M22 amplifier or the less expensive Plantronics S12 (headset amplifier combo)
