Jabra/GN Netcom Corded Headsets: Choose any model from the Jabra/GN Netcom Direct Connect Headsets page. These headsets include the GN1200 smart cable (setting position 1) for your 3COM phones.

3com 3106, 3107 cordless handsets require the JABRA HEADSETS + Jabra 2.5mm Headset Adapter Cord/Cable 

Wireless Headsets: Both Plantronics and Jabra/GN Netcom wireless headsets are compatible with 3Com phones.
