Plantronics CS540-CIS is a convertible wireless headset.  The package comes with both "over-the-ear" and "over-the-head" attachments, so you can wear it either way.  When the headset is full charged, it's good for 7 hours of talk time, 3 days standby.  It has a range of up to 300ft away from the phone.
