Headset Ear Covers & Ear Cushions
Find the ear covers or ear cushions for your headset model
Ear cushions are model-specific, so start with your headset's model name, then choose foam or leatherette. The parts here replace the worn cushion on the ear cup, which some people call ear covers or ear pads, and they are not slip-on cloth covers. The tables below match each Plantronics, Poly, Jabra and GN Netcom headset to the right part and its part number.
No products match “” in Headset Ear Covers & Ear Cushions.
Plantronics and Poly headset ear cushions by model

Jabra and GN Netcom headset ear cushions by model
Most Jabra cushions come in 10-packs, which suits a call center swapping a whole team's worn pads at once. The Engage cushions also come in 2-packs.

|---|---|---|
| Evolve 20, 30, 40, 65 (including Evolve 65 TE) | Foam, or leatherette | 10-pack, 14101-45 (foam) or 14101-46 (leatherette) |

Order only the part whose listing names your model. Several of these listings say not to order if your model isn't on the list, because the cushions are sized to the ear cup.
Headset ear covers or ear cushions: foam or leatherette?
If you're happy with the cushion on your headset now, get the same material again. If it runs hot, switch to foam. Foam breathes better than leatherette, so it suits a warm room or a long shift. Leatherette wipes clean and blocks a little more of the room, which helps in a noisy office. Where a model has both, the foam and leatherette parts are listed side by side in the tables above.
Ear tips and ear loops for in-ear headsets
In-ear headsets wear out in a different place: the tips and the loops. These come as kits, so you choose a size or get a set.
| Your headset | What you get | Part number |
|---|---|---|
| Voyager 5200 | Ear tip kit, 3-pack, small, medium or large, with foam covers | 203710-02 (HP 85Q22AA) |
| Voyager Legend | Eartip kit, 3 silicone eartips with optional foam covers, small, medium or large | 89037-01 (HP 85S06AA) |

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
For a headset, yes. Both names mean the pad that sits against your ear on the ear cup, and the parts on this page replace that pad. Slip-on cloth covers are a different product, and this page doesn't sell them.
Use the model name, which is usually printed on the headset or its box, then find it in the tables above. Order the part whose listing names your model. Several listings say not to order if your model isn't on the list.
Yes. Plantronics became Poly, and HP now owns the brand, so the same cushion carries an old Poly part number and a new HP part number. Either number finds the right part, and both are shown in the tables.
It depends on the part, so check the listing. The Plantronics and Poly cushions mostly come as a pair, a few as a single cushion, and the Jabra cushions mostly come as 10-packs.
On most headsets you pull the worn cushion off the ear cup, then press the new one on until it sits flat all the way round. Some headsets, like the GN Netcom 2100 series, take a cushion with an ear plate, so check the listing for what comes in the pack.
