Poly EncorePro USB-A is for call centers that require a VoIP USB headsets for softphone applications.  It has in-line controls for volume, mute.  IT staff or management can manage every headset Plantronics Manager Pro (sold separately). Wideband audio delivers natural human voice in addition to advance noise canceling technology to filter out background nose for the customer on the other side.
