AT&T TL7100 Handset Lifter (Plantronics HL10) – Legacy Support (Discontinued Model)

Please note: This item has been officially discontinued by Plantronics and AT&T, and individual units are no longer in production. To acquire this lifter, you must purchase the AT&T TL7812 Wireless Headset System Bundle, which includes the lifter packaged with the headset.

Designed to automatically lift and lower your desk phone handset, this handset lifter enables remote call answer/end functionality through your compatible wireless headset system. It is functionally equivalent to the Plantronics HL10 and is sold under the AT&T TL7100 model designation for specific AT&T and VTech systems.

• AT&T TL7810

• AT&T TL7610

• Compatible VTech variants of the above models

Important Restrictions – Please Read Before Ordering:

• Do not purchase if your headset system is not listed above. This lifter is not universal.

• For the automatic answer feature to work properly, your desk phone must support the auto-pickup function for a ringing line. Please verify your desk phone's specifications before purchasing, as the lifter will not automatically answer calls if your phone lacks this feature.

Required Setup Adjustments (Must Follow for Functionality):

The lifter requires physical calibration to work correctly with your phone. Follow these adjustment steps:

• Set the Alert switch to "On" to enable ring detection.

• Adjust the Lifter Arm Height to properly fit your handset cradle depth.

• Adjust the Ring Sensor Sensitivity to ensure reliable detection of incoming calls.
