Plantronics/Jabra Wireless Headset EHS (remote answering) Guide:

What is EHS? It stands for Electronic Hook Switch. It provides the ability to answer your phone remotely using a Plantronics wireless Headset or Jabra/GN Wireless Headset. Certain brands and model phones have EHS built in to the phone, such as Avaya, Cisco, and Polycom to name a few. If your phone is not listed below, you will need a mechanical lifter such as the Plantronics HL10 or GN 1000 lifter
