These phones are generally labeled "MLS" or "Partner." This headset is virtually identical to the Plantronics CS50 + HL10 combo, except it's made for the "Partner telephones". If you do not have one of the Avaya Partner telephones, do not purchase THIS SYSTEM. Range is up to 300 ft. from the base; the noise canceling microphone ideal in noisy environments; and it comes with headband and ear hook for versatile wearing styles, volume and mute controls are on the earpiece.

Plantronics HL10 Lifter: The HL10 is a mechanical device that sits on your telephone between the phones handset-receiver and your phones speaker. At the touch of a button the lifter actually takes the receiver off the hook (see picture) and answers the ringing line for you. NOT compatible with all phones (call for assistance)
