Polycom IP Phone & Plantronics Corded Headset Compatibility Guide
If you have Polycom Soundpoint IP300, IP301, IP430, IP500, IP501, IP550, IP600, IP601 (Rev E or later), it has been determined by Plantronics that it will ONLY work properly with the Plantronics H-Series “SupraPlus” (H251, H251N, H261, H261N, H351, H351N, H361, H361N) or “TriStar” (H81, H81N) model headsets along with a Plantronics Polaris Cable (part# 27190-01).
If you're looking for wireless for your Polycom IP phones, we recommend Plantronics CS55,or the Plantronics CS70N, however, these wireless headsets must be plugged in through your phone's receiver port, not your headset port. If you're using the Plantronics HL10 lifter remote answering option with your IP phone, you will need the Plantronics Lifter Accessory for Polycom IP Phones.
