How to Adjust Volume on Plantronics and Jabra Wireless Headsets

Have you been having trouble hearing your customer on your wireless headset? Maybe the customers can’t hear you? These are both signs that may have not set-up the wireless headset properly. If you can’t hear on the headset, you may need to turn up the master control on the volume. If the customer can’t hear you on the headset, then you probably need to increase the master control for the microphone amplification.
