Jabra Evolve 40 MS is equipped with soft leatherette ear cushions for all day use. Jabra Evolve 40 MS is also equipped with a busy indicator to alert co-workers around them they're "busy". In addition Jabra EVOLVE 40 MS Stereo has a 3.5mm jack integrated into the control that plugs into any smartphone jack (such as iPhone, Galaxy) or tablet. When the user is not in office, the microphone boom arm fits into the headband so the Jabra Evolve 40 MS stereo office headset turns into a personal stereo headphone!
