Poly Savi 8220 MS offers active noise canceling speakers (drowns out background noise). It also offers full HD hi-fi stereo for music.  When fully charged, the battery is good for 13 hours of talk time.  Savi 8220 MS uses DECT 6.0 technology for long distance range (up to 590ft - line of fight).  The microphone boom is flexible and bendable and is also noise canceling to block out background noise for your caller.
