EPOS Headsets for Desk Phones and Laptops
If you take calls on a desk phone and a computer, the EPOS IMPACT SDW 5000 series is the wireless choice. If you work from a laptop and phone, look at the ADAPT 360 or ADAPT 660 Bluetooth headsets.
EPOS took over Sennheiser's office headset business in 2020, so the Sennheiser SC and SD models here belong to the same family.

EPOS Wireless Headsets
The SDW 5000 names tell you the fit and the connections. The 5015 and 5016 are convertible, the 5035 and 5036 cover one ear, and the 5065 and 5066 cover both. Models ending in 5 connect to a desk phone and computer, and models ending in 6 add your mobile. The 5015 base takes an optional Bluetooth dongle if you want mobile later, and the 5016 can switch Bluetooth off for offices with recorded-line rules.
The IMPACT D10 II uses the same headset on its phone and USB bases, so mixed offices stock one spare. The D 30 can't answer a ringing desk phone on its own; it needs a handset lifter or EHS cable to answer calls when you're away from the desk, so budget for one. The SD Pro 2 is one of the few current headsets certified for Skype for Business and Lync.
For laptop calls, the ADAPT 360 pairs active noise canceling with Bluetooth multipoint for your computer and phone at once, and the ADAPT 660 adapts its noise canceling to the room.
EPOS Wired Headsets
The SC 230 is built for shared desks where agents swap headsets between shifts, and IT can update and configure the SC 260 across a whole floor through EPOS Connect and EPOS Manager. The SC 660 folds its earcups flat for travel, and the Sennheiser SC 665 has a detachable USB cable with a 3.5mm headset underneath. The ADAPT 135T II puts a Teams button on the cable, and the Sennheiser SC 630 is the one-ear model with the stronger microphone for dictation work. The ML in Sennheiser SC 60 USB ML goes back to its Microsoft Lync certification.
