Jabra Jabra LINK 265 USB training cable gives you the ability to train your new call center represent ivies with our computer's PC softphone. This Jabra Link 265 USB Y-training cable connects two Jabra Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets to one PC (via USB port).  In-line call control buttons to mute, answer/end calls and programmable soft button for individual preference. The trainer (supervisor) can either join their agents’ conversations or stay muted and listen. Compatible with only Jabra/GN corded headsets.
