Plantronics (Poly) MDA524 QD (MDA500 QD series) is an audio processor that allows integration for mixed call enviornments. It connects to both PC (or Mac) and deskphone and switch easily switch between softphone and desk phone calls. Plantronics MDA524 compatible with all Plantronics 4-pin QD Headsets. Plantronics MDA500 QD series also supports detailed analytics through Plantronics Manager Pro.
