Re-chargeable Lithium-ion battery with up to 30 hours of talk time.  Noise canceling and echo reduction for the best audio.  Poly Sync 40 can also be pair together with another Sync 40 for larger meetings or conference rooms when more people are in the meeting so it can accomodate up to 20 people in a larger room.
