Plantronics BiWay provides a convenient way to switch between headset and handset (receiver) for telephones that already have a headset jack (amplifier already built-in). The Plantronics BiWay headset/handset switch allow users to switch between making calls with either the handset or phone headset. Plantronics BiWay comes complete with a headset stand, and is easy to install.

BiWay Installation Instructions:

First disconnect the handset (receiver) from your telephone. Plug the handset into the port showing a handset symbol on the rear of the Bi-Way switch. Plug your headset into the port showing a headset symbol on the rear of the Bi-Way switch. Plug the BiWay telephone connection lead into the telephones modular headset port. Using the handset/headset switch will allow you to interchange between using either the handset or the headset before, during or after a call.
