Plantronics CA12CD (or CA12CD-S) PTT USB Adapter (also known as SSP2468-01).  This adapter allows the CA12CD or CA12CD-S Push to Talk (PTT) to be used in a VoIP (USB) environment wirelessly. It's used in place of the CA12CD console cable.
