The Plantronics H251H is a special made voice tube headset with HAC speakers (Hearing Aid Compatible).   These special HAC headsets deliver a high levels of magnetic energy. The H251H are compatible with BTE and ITE hearing aids, assuming they have telecoils (T-coils).
