This is the replacement headset If you lost or broken your Plantronics CS540-XD, CS545-XD headset or use it as a spare headset in a conference call (up to 4 total can be use in the same call).

How to subscribe the new CS540-XD spare headset to the base:
Simply put your headset back in the CS540-XD base. The power/subscription light (white light on the base) flashes during the subscription/pairing process and turns solid when the headset pairs successfully.
note: Only the last paired headset will work, so you will have to repeat this process whenever you need to use a new CS540-XD headset with the same system.
