How Plantronics Blackwire Names Work
Models ending in 10 cover one ear and models ending in 20 cover both, so the 3310 is mono and the 3320 stereo. Models ending in 15 and 25 add a 3.5mm plug next to USB, which is how the 3215, C3225, 3315 and 3325 reach a phone or tablet. The Teams-certified Blackwire 3320 adds a button that answers calls and joins meetings.
The Blackwire 5220 adds memory-foam cushions for long days, and the HP Poly Mission 425 is the next generation of the Blackwire 3225, a USB-C headset with a built-in USB-A adapter.
