Plantronics Savi APP-50 Electronic Hookswitch (EHS) cable for Polycom Phones - communicates electronically with the phone, eliminating the need for the HL10 lifter. This cable is compatible with Plantronics WO100, WO200, WO300, WO350, W710, W720, W730, W740, W745. It's also compatible with the new CS540, CS510, CS520, CS530 wireless headsets. Do not order this part if you don't have any of these headset models.

This cable works with the following Polycom telephone models:

• SoundPoint IP 320/321*
• SoundPoint IP 330/331*
• SoundPoint IP 335
• SoundPoint IP 430
• SoundPoint IP 450
• SoundPoint IP 550
• SoundPoint IP 560
• SoundPoint IP 650

note: If you have a older Plantronics "CS" wireless headset (CS55, CS50, CS351, CS361, etc), you need Plantronics APP-5 instead

Plantronics APP-50 Troubleshooting Notes:

If your caller reports an echo, the phone’s echo cancellation feature can be enabled by:

1. Press Menu.
2. Select Settings > Basic > Preferences > Headset > Echo Cancellation > Enabled.

Or contact your IT support team to change the phone sig.ctg configuration file as follows:

• voice . aec . hd . enable = 1
• voice . aes . hd . enable = 1
