This thing works great! My CT12 finally died & is now discontinued...I decided to give this a try instead (Although a bit more expensive). The headset paired right to my LG cell phone without a hiccup, the base plugged into my XP computer (No problems there), & the phone that comes with it (Although a little on the small side) works WAY-better than my cordless phones ever have!
