HeadsetPlus.com is a US company located in Northern California. All prices are in US Dollars. We offers a 30-day return policy (30 days from invoice/sale date)**. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if the item is defective, simply follow these return instructions, we will be happy to replace with a new one or refund your purchase (minus shipping cost). No returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty exchange (see warranty section below). Contact us via email and request RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions. Be sure to tell us your name, order#, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Shipping cost is non-refundable under any circumstance.
** Except for special order items (i.e. conference phones), headset parts (batteries, ear cushions, etc). These are non-returnable, non-refundable. All sales final.
You must have a Return Authorization (RMA#) number for any return or exchanges. RMA# must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Do not use the original box for shipping or write on the original packaging. The RMA# issued is valid for 30 days. If we do not receive the return within 30 days, the RMA# is no longer valid. Without a RMA#, your package will be refused and return to you. All items must be returned in its original new condition, original box, and packaging with all the original manuals and contents. Failure to return all the materials in its original condition may cause your return to be sent back to you. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs (under any circumstance). We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Shipping insurance, signature confirmation and tracking # is highly recommended. HeadsetPlus.com is not responsible for packages lost during the return shipping. Please allow 10-20 business days for us to inspect the return items and issue the refund.
If you wish to cancel an order after it is shipped (processing status), you will need to call us for an RMA#. DO NOT refuse the package when it arrives. A $25 fee (UPS refusal fee) will be charged for refused packages. To cancel an order, please call (650) 306-9768 or email us as soon as possible.

What if my product not working? Please contact technical support department directly below. 99% of the time it's a simple setting or adjustment. Headsets almost never work perfectly out of the box. It needs to be fine tuned to your device or telphone.
*Plantronics will be happy to replace any defective or broken products. However, many technical problems can be easily resolved by phone or email. If our technicians determine that your product needs to be replaced, you can exchange it through Plantronics warranty advance replacement by filling out the warranty claim form .

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may also pre-pay by check (please call us with the total). Orders ship to California, Maryland, Puerto Rico, and Canada are subject to sales tax. All other states are Tax Free! We also accept Purchase Orders (PO) with approve credit.
