I work for a major call center and work 3 days a week from home. We have plantronics headsets in the call center so naturally I went looking for a headset for the house. My wife got me the ct-14 for christmas and it is the most used gift I have ever gotten. I use it for 4 hrs straight and put it in the charger during lunch and then go another 4 hrs. I can pick up the calls from anyplace in the house. I have picked up calls going to my mailbox. Absolutely phenominal product!! If you work answering phones like I do, I can't recommend this product enough.
