The problem with this phone is that the belt clip is pretty weak, so the phone has a tendency to fall, which then stresses the wire connection plug into the phone...the connecting jack is nto the problem....after a few drops, the connection inside the phone breaks..its cheaply welded.....

Ive bought several of htese over the years and cant fiugure out why they cant make a more robust connection. Ive taken them apart and resodered the connection on the motherboard but that doesnt work so well....

Other than that it works great, just plan on buying a new one every other year.....
