I use this headset for working in my at home office. I was amazed to find out how difficult it was to find a good headset. The main problem I have had with previous headsets, was not having enough volume to hear the person on the phone. I am very pleased with the volume on the S11, and, as a matter of fact, have had to cut the volume down. This is highly recommended.
