I rarely WANT to make comments, however I would recommend the plantronics for ordinary home use. My husband has a hearing loss due to many years in a noisy plant environment. His hobby and part time job is working on computers. Many of our friends and family members call him for assistance to fix their computer which in many cases he can walk them through what they need to do over the phone. With the plantronics CS50, he has total freedom of both hands and does not have to sit with a phone cradled on his shoulder. He says that he can hear far better with it than the phone.

I work at home as a Customer Service Rep for a virtual call center. I schedule appointments, transfer calls and answer questions. This gives me the freedom to move about my home in between calls without dragging along a 50' cord, telephone and the standard plantronics headset. I absolutely love it and only regret is that I did not order it much sooner. The distributor that I ordered from was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and the shipment arrived in two days. I could not be more thrilled with the service that I have received. I would give it a 5 star plus.
