This is the best headset that I've used hands down. I used to use the Jabra Pro 9470 which I loved, but I love this one even more! The sound quality, noise cancelling microphone, and range are superb. I'm on the phone all day but this headset is so comfortable it makes the day seem much shorter. I listen to music and can still answer my calls. The Engage series is a great investment for your business.
