This product makes use of the Plantronics headset much simpler. We have used Plantronics headsets for many years. No need for the telephone headset lifter. The set up instructions are easy to follow and we are very happy. The Yealink EHS36 EHS works perfectly with our Yealink T46G phone system. We just ordered another one!
