Best features are, Noise Canceling that can be turn off, usually have it off until coworker starts to be loud, Bluetooth connection, I use my headset with my desk phone and my cell phone. Can be used for music streaming in your computer, just plug it in to your computer and stream music or videos and can be heard in amazing stereo quality!

Mute sensor let you know when you are muted and try to talk in the microphone. Totally recommend this headset with the remote answering! Can take and end calls without even touching my phone!
