I really like the Mirage headset from Plantronics. The clip behind the ear is comfortable and because the speaker rests so on the outside of the ear rather than actually in it, it's comfortable all day. The sound quality is good, compared to other headsets that I've tried - but Plantronics units all seem about the same anyway.
