Includes AC power adapter. Plantronics Training Station Base (TSB) is designed for continuous associate on-line customer support and continuous supervisor monitor/take-over. The TSB allows both the associate and the supervisor to simultaneously listen and talk to the customer.  Retail price $150.00

• This amplifier includes one (1) Plantronics quick disconnect cord only. You will need order an additional cord for the 2nd headset.
• Can be used with any Plantronics H-series headset, Any H-Series headsets will work, but the supervisor and associate headsets must be identical to prevent distortion
