The quality of the plastic parts is very bad. My over the head piece disintegrated not long after using it. Now the plastic along the piece extending down from the ear towards the mouth is also disintegrating.
This is unacceptable for something that costs almost $200, I would expect this from a $29 headset, not something costing several times that much.
